There are a number of steps that must still be performed:
- At least 60% of property owners in the CID must give their written consent
- Submit application to the City
- Application is advertised
- Formal Objection Period commences
- Steering Committee meets with Objectors
- Minutes of meetings with objectors submitted to the City
- 2nd Public Meeting
- Application is considered by Council
